Our Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All BOGO Free items (marked as final sale)
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear or outdoor use

Step-by-Step Return Process

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect)
