Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • BOGO Free items marked as final sale
  • Any footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

  5. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our basketball shoes with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding some remote areas in Asia), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
